Fall Institute FRYSCKY 2022

Get Your FRYSC On! - Plan to attend the ENTIRE Fall Institute. It will be a special time to reenergize and to reconnect with old friends and to make new ones.

Hotel Lodging Payment - Schools will need to provide a credit card to secure a lodging reservation either online or by calling the hotel (see details above). School payment will need to be provided in order for tax exemption to apply.

The Galt House no longer provides direct billing using a purchase order, but you can request an invoice for payment via school check. You can bring the check and your school district's tax exempt form and give them to the front desk at check-in.

Opening Session - A very special opening session will begin at 1:00pm. Don't miss a minute!  See the agenda for other important details.

Room Check-In Time is 3:00pm.  Plan accordingly and don't arrive at 11:00am and stand in line for an hour to get your room key only to find out you have to return later (and stand in another line).

Commuter Parking - if you attended VOV then please remember those details. Parking validation will be available for commuters at the conference registration desk. Validation is only good for the hotel parking garage.

Food Details -

Day 1:  Snacks in the exhibit hall (11:00) and a reception (5:00).

Day 2: Continental Breakfast (7:45) and Lunch (12:00).

Day 3: Coffee (7:45) and Brunch (10:00).

Registration #1: Non-Members - $275

For individuals who are not FRYSCKy or KCEA members and who do not want to join either organization. Fee includes access to all workshops, exhibit hall, scheduled meal functions, and other conference activities.

Registration #2A: FRYSC Staff (includes membership) - $240

This option is an exclusive offer only for FRYSC Coordinators and Staff. Fee includes access to all workshops, exhibit hall, scheduled meal functions/breaks, & other conference activities. Also includes one-year membership dues to FRYSCKy.

Registration #2B: FRYSCKy Current Members - $180

MUST BE CURRENT MEMBER OF FRYSCKy. This registration option is for people who are already a member of FRYSCKy and who do not need to pay their dues. Fee includes access to all workshops, exhibit hall, scheduled meal functions/breaks, & other conference activities.

Registration #2C: FRYSCKy Scholarship - $180

A limited number of scholarships are available for FRYSC coordinators based on their center budget. If you wish to apply, select this option and complete the requested information. Fee includes access to all workshops, exhibit hall, scheduled meal functions/breaks, & other conference activities.  A scholarship only covers the $180 registration fee. It does not cover FRYSCKy membership or hotel costs for the conference.

Registration #3A: KCEA Staff (includes membership) - $230

This option is an exclusive offer only for Community Education Directors and Staff. Fee includes access to all workshops, exhibit hall, scheduled meal functions/breaks, & other conference activities. Also includes one-year membership dues to KCEA.

Fee includes access to all workshops, exhibit hall, scheduled meal functions and breaks, & other conference activities, PLUS school year Associate Membership dues to FRYSCKy.

MUST BE CURRENT ASSOCIATE MEMBER OF FRYSCKy. This registration option is for people who are already an Associate Member of FRYSCKy and who do not need to pay their dues. Fee includes access to all workshops, exhibit hall, scheduled meal functions/breaks, & other conference activities.

ONLY for AmeriCorps workers and Student Interns working in FRYSCs. Fee includes access to all workshops, exhibit hall, scheduled meal functions, and other conference activities.

Fee will provide access to workshops, the exhibit hall, and any scheduled meal functions.
