Fall 2026
New Coordinator Orientation (NCO)
September 22-24
DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Lexington
2601 Richmond Road
Lexington, Kentucky 40509
Training
Training will take place in the DoubleTree meeting rooms. There will be a registration desk where you will be scanned in and receive a name badge. If you are 40 miles or less away from the hotel, you can drive each day. If you are more than 40 miles away and want to drive each day instead of staying at the hotel, you will need to reach out to your RPM for approval to do so. Please remember that if you are driving, give yourself enough travel time each day. Your attendance is mandatory. You must be on time and attend all sessions to receive credit.
Room Reservations
A block of hotel rooms has been reserved if you need one. You should make your own arrangements with the hotel under this reserved block of rooms. The base room rate per night is $150.00. The total room rate per night, inclusive of everything, with Kentucky state sales tax, is $174.11, and without Kentucky state sales tax, it is $165.11.
To have the KY state sales tax removed, a KY state sales tax exemption certificate must be provided, and the room must be paid with a district credit card or district check. Personal cards or cash that is going to be used for reimbursement can't be used with the KY state sales tax exemption. Your finance department should be able to provide you with a copy of their KY state sales tax exemption certificate if you plan to use one.
The hotel DOES NOT accept a PO.
- You may pay using a district check.
- You may pay using a district credit card.
- You may pay using a personal credit/debit card or cash, then be reimbursed by your school district.
Consult with your school district's finance department to determine the best option for you. We want to avoid any confusion for anyone at check-in. Everyone with a hotel reservation will need a credit card and an ID at check-in. Any incidental charges to your room (movies, room service, internet fees, damage, extra cleaning fee, etc.) will be applied to the credit card you provide at check-in. The hotel cancellation policy is 24 hours before arrival for all confirmed reservations. You can make your reservation by phone or by using the booking link. Both are provided below. The default check-in date is Monday, September 21st. However, if you plan to drive on the morning of the first day, September 22nd, you may adjust your check-in date accordingly. Checking in on the 21st remains an option for those who prefer it, depending on travel time and available funds.
