Hotel Lodging Payment - Schools will need to provide a credit card to secure a lodging reservation either online or by calling the hotel (see details above).
Schools will need to provide a credit card to secure a lodging reservation either online (using the link above). The credit card will not be charged unless the reservation is not cancelled prior to 48 hours of arrival or if you are a no-show. To request an invoice to have your school district pay with a check, then you must first make the reservation and then email Elizabeth Broadway at the Galt House to request the invoice. Emily's email is ebroadway@ajshotels.com. Be sure to provide them with your district’s tax exempt information. The check will need to be sent to the hotel PRIOR to arrival date to ensure hotel has received funds before allowing check-in or by calling the hotel (see details below).
Opening Session - The opening session will begin at 11:45am. Don't miss a minute! See the agenda for other important details.
Room Check-In Time is 3:00pm. Plan accordingly and don't arrive at 11:00am and stand in line for an hour to get your room key only to find out you have to return later (and stand in another line).
Commuter Parking - Commuters are encouraged to carpool to save on parking costs. Validated parking will not be available, so plan for paying this expense.
