Plan to attend the ENTIRE Fall Institute. It will be a special time to learn new ideas, share information, and to reenergize. The Fall Institute is a great week to reconnect with old friends and to make new ones.

Opening Session - The opening session will begin at 11:45am. Don't miss a minute! See the agenda for other important details.

Room Check-In Time is 3:00pm. Plan accordingly and don't arrive at 11:00am and stand in line for an hour to get your room key only to find out you have to return later (and stand in another line).

Commuter Parking - Commuters are encouraged to monitor surrounding parking options, starting with the High Street lot. Local construction may cause changes to availability. Validated parking will not be available, so plan for paying this expense.

Food Details -

Day 1: Drinks and snacks in the exhibit hall (10:30).

Day 2: Continental Breakfast (7:30) and Lunch (11:45).

There are a variety of benefits for Sponsors, including complimentary exhibit space,

conference signage, recognition during General Sessions, social media marketing,

direct email outreach to FRYSC coordinators, and much more. Benefits are

EXHIBIT CATEGORIES

Fee includes two conference registrations, a 10x8 space in the exhibit area with an 8 foot table and two chairs, access to conference workshops, snacks, and conference meals (breakfast/lunch). Exhibitors will also be recognized on social media and the FRYSCKy website.
